Call for submissions: front cover for 2012 Caribbean book (photographs/art)
Start date: Sun 17 Jul 2011
End date: Fri 31 Aug 2012
About
This year we launched Across The Caribbean with a front cover designed by Potbake Productions. Next year we want to do things differently and that's where you, the artist/photographer, come in. The idea is to submit a piece that could be selected as the front cover for next year's release. So there's the literary and visual arm of the competition. Perhaps you're wondering if there's a theme. Right now? No. But the drive behind the competition is creating opportunity and visibility for Caribbean writers and artists. That's what it has been and always will be. Plus we pride ourself as a publisher of contemporary works.
